Explore SDSU Open House is an opportunity for San Diego State University to showcase all the
campus has to offer during this day-long open house. Enjoy live entertainment on two stages,
research demonstrations and an up-close look at SDSU academic programs and departments at
the interactive information fair. And don't miss the College of Extended Studies.
Discover the SDSU Gateway to the World and learn about SDSU travel study opportunities open
to both students and the San Diego Community by visiting the Extended Studies Center.
Information will be provided throughout the day using written material, period presentations,
music, videos, and food to increase cultural awareness of selected international countries
represented in our student body and/or where we conduct study abroad/international student
exchanges. Brief country/continent-based presentations will take place every half hour.
This event is presented by the College of Extended Studies, in collaboration with the Office of
International Programs and the International Student Center, with a hope of further
communicating the university's commitment to internationalizing the education experiences of
SDSU students and faculty.

Le club des enfants a lieu le 1er dimanche de chaque mois au cottage français, Balboa Park.
Nous vous rappelons que l’adhésion au cottage français est obligatoire pour pouvoir participer
au club des enfants.
Le groupe de jeux pour enfants jusqu’à 5 ans accompagnés de leur(s) parent(s) a lieu tous
les 1ers dimanches du mois de 10 h 30 à 12 h au cottage français à Balboa Park. Le but est d’
organiser un moment agréable pour les enfants et les parents, et d’avoir l’occasion de parler,
jouer, chanter en français.

LE P’TIT THÉÂTRE FRANÇAIS DE SAN DIEGO pour les jeunes francophones (5 ans et plus)
est à la recherche d’une animatrice. Ingrid P., créatrice et animatrice, est partie en Caroline du
Nord. Nous lui souhaitons plein de bonnes choses dans sa nouvelle aventure.
Beaucoup d’enfants restent intéressés par cette activité qui est excellente pour parler le
français, alors n’hésitez pas à nous contacter si vous souhaitez animer ce projet théâtral et
musical ou bien tout simplement à nous faire part de vos idées !
L’ÉCOLE DE L’ALLIANCE FRANÇAISE
With the ALLIANCE FRANÇAISE, there is more than one way to learn French. Depending on
your level, you can decide to enroll in general language classes or in advanced workshops.
At the Alliance Francaise de San Diego, you learn not only the structure of French but also how
to do things in the language through practical use. Class size: 4 to 10 students. All our
instructors are French speakers emphasizing conversation and contextual approach to
language learning.
General language classes: These are a perfect fit for the beginner or for someone whose goal
is to become proficient at a basic level. Schedule: twice a week for 8 weeks. More classes will
open in the Fall!

you to fix those Anglicism and improve your accent too! Each class will consist of discussions,
role play, and debates about French ways of life and current events. You will receive excerpts of
articles, songs, poems, famous speeches and books."
