House of France Annual Bastille Day Lawn Program!

Lawn Program Sunday, July 13, 2025. The House of France features music and dance from 2pm to 4pm at the International Cottages in Balboa Park!

This year, we are pleased to present Monique Caron singing a variety of French favorites along with Gordon Kohl playing French music on accordion! More will be announced soon!

The 2025 Entertainment Schedule will be announced soon!

Bring your blankets and chairs and enjoy the show this coming July 13, 2025!  Visit the Cottage for and say “Bonjour!”

The French Cottage will be hosting a fun, outdoor event at Sunset Point Park in Mission Bay at Dana Landing Rd, San Diego, CA 92109. We will provide baguettes, merguez sausages (and a vegetarian alternative), drinks, coffee, and dessert.
Bring a dish to share, chairs, and bring your favorite outdoor games: pétanque, croquet, or a frisbee!
Look for the French flags!

Cottages Reopening!

The International Cottages at Balboa Park will be reopening on Saturday and Sunday, February 19 and 20. The House of France shares a cottage with the House of Colombia, who will be opening the cottage on that weekend.

The House of France will be open to welcome visitors on March 5 and 6, 2022!
