Conversation and games at the House of France
The first Saturday of every month, join Roselyne at the French Cottage during regular hours (11-4 or noon-5 pm) for conversation and games in French.
Practice your French, and share a moment of conviviality.
Speakers of all levels welcome!
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to present a flavor of France and provide you with an opportunity to interact with French people or Francophiles in sunny San Diego. Visit us in Balboa Park. We are here to speak French with you, answer your questions and introduce you to some French food.
You do not need to be French or even speak French to be a member and it takes only minutes to join. Every year, the house of France organizes several events: Open House, Crepe day, Ethnic food fair, Annual picnic, Games day, Lawn program and December nights.
NOTRE MISSION
Notre mission est de vous proposer un aperçu de la culture française et de vous offrir l’opportunité d’interagir avec des Français ou Francophiles, en plein coeur de la belle et ensoleillée ville de San Diego. Rendez-nous visite au Balboa Park. Nous sommes là pour parler français avec vous, répondre à vos questions et vous faire découvrir quelques spécialités culinaires françaises.
Nul besoin d’être Français ou même de parler Français pour devenir membre. Cela ne prend que quelques minutes de nous rejoindre. Chaque année, le cottage français organise différents événements : Portes Ouvertes, Chandeleur, pique-nique annuel, Journée de jeux, Déjeuner sur l’herbe et Nuits de Décembre.

Notre Maison de France incarne et promeut l’amitié entre les nations, et je me sens honorée de la représenter. Nos activités tout en représentant la culture et les traditions françaises, sont constamment empruntes de solidarité et de camaraderie. Et j’encourage tous les francophiles à se joindre à notre groupe pour célébrer cette amitié.
